Default Giant Dragon

Has everyone seen the giant dragon on the border between Dalada Uplands and Grothmar Wardowns? I'd noticed the giant scaled spine before, but this was the first time I'd seen the leg. If there was any doubt, this solidifies the idea for me that it's a dragon...a darn big one, too.

I know this is probably covered in the "GW2 Story" thread, but I didn't want to read all the spoilers, so I wanted to post a screenshot here for those like me

The new PCgamer special edition mag shows a great shot of this and other dragons in the eotn. The artwork is just fantastic.

Might just be a less-covered part of his skin. I'd imagine his legs been hella mother&@%$in' huge. Got any other pics of it?

Not much in terms of spoilers from the PC Gamer mag. Its a dragon, there's a whole bunch of them all around. They're simply sleeping. The mag mentions two such dragons, one sleeping in a lake that simply froze over it and another where plants just started growing on it, becoming an island unto itself.

So the Drakkar Lake beast is one of these ancient dragons. Quite smaller than the Water Dragon in the Charr Homelands.
